At Twinkle, every Banarasi piece is a result of patience, precision, and passion. Our process is deeply rooted in tradition, guided by decades of weaving mastery, and tailored for today’s luxury fashion needs.
We begin with sourcing the finest silk yarns from trusted partners. Whether it's Katan, Georgette, or Organza, we ensure premium-quality threads with consistent sheen and strength — the true backbone of every creation.
Our yarns are hand-dyed in small batches to maintain color consistency. Natural and AZO-free dyes are often used to ensure vibrant tones while staying eco-conscious.
Before a single weave, our master artisans spend hours preparing the loom. Traditional jacquard or punch cards are installed to guide each motif — sometimes taking days just to set up. It’s where design begins to take form.
Each saree takes anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks, depending on complexity. From floral jaals to kadwa butis and jangla borders, our handloom work blends legacy craft with the needs of today’s boutiques and brides.
Post weaving, every saree is checked, cut, polished, and softened — tassels are knotted, zari is inspected, and any imperfections are hand-corrected to ensure a flawless finish.
Before dispatch, each piece undergoes strict quality control — checking for dye uniformity, weaving integrity, and the signature sheen that defines a Twinkle weave.
We don’t just weave fabric; we weave identity.
